L’installation d’une repr\u00e9sentation diplomatique fran\u00e7aise au Groenland est un “signal politique” pour “marquer notre volont\u00e9 d’approfondir notre pr\u00e9sence dans toutes les dimensions dans ce territoire du royaume du Danemark”, y compris dans le domaine scientifique, a indiqu\u00e9 M. Barrot.<\/p>\n

“Le Groenland n’est pas \u00e0 vendre”, a-t-il soulign\u00e9, qualifiant un \u00e9ventuel achat de l’\u00eele de “tr\u00e8s incongru”, car il s’agirait d’un sc\u00e9nario o\u00f9 un membre de l’OTAN s’en prend \u00e0 un autre membre de l’OTAN. “Ce chantage doit \u00e9videmment cesser”.<\/p>\n

“Ce qu’il faut \u00e9videmment, c’est soutenir le Danemark, comme nous aimerions que le Danemark et nos partenaires europ\u00e9ens nous soutiennent, si nous \u00e9tions dans la m\u00eame situation”, a indiqu\u00e9 le chef de la diplomatie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Emmanuel Macron avait annonc\u00e9 l’installation d’un consulat fran\u00e7ais au Groenland lors de sa visite sur l’\u00eele en juin dernier, “pour \u00eatre plus proche de vous et \u00e0 vos c\u00f4t\u00e9s”, avait-il indiqu\u00e9 devant les Groenlandais. <\/p>\n
