Isra\u00ebl et le Somaliland ont convenu d\u2019\u00e9changer des ambassadeurs et d\u2019ouvrir des ambassades dans les prochains mois.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse conjointe avec le pr\u00e9sident du Somaliland, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi, le chef de la diplomatie isra\u00e9lienne a assur\u00e9 que cette reconnaissance \u00ab n\u2019est dirig\u00e9e contre personne \u00bb. <\/p>\n<p>Abdilahi a pour sa part d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le Somaliland \u00e9tait pr\u00eat \u00e0 accueillir une repr\u00e9sentation diplomatique isra\u00e9lienne permanente et a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019ouverture prochaine d\u2019une ambassade de son territoire en Isra\u00ebl. Il a \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 avoir accept\u00e9 une invitation du Premier ministre isra\u00e9lien Benjamin Netanyahu pour se rendre prochainement \u00e0 Tel-Aviv.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux dirigeants ont affich\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de b\u00e2tir un partenariat strat\u00e9gique couvrant les domaines politique, s\u00e9curitaire, \u00e9conomique et du d\u00e9veloppement. Isra\u00ebl pr\u00e9voit d\u2019\u00e9largir la coop\u00e9ration dans des secteurs cl\u00e9s tels que l\u2019agriculture, la gestion de l\u2019eau, la sant\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la d\u00e9fense et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, avec des \u00e9changes d\u2019experts et des programmes de formation. Saar a \u00e9galement salu\u00e9 l\u2019intention du Somaliland de rejoindre les Accords d\u2019Abraham.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative a provoqu\u00e9 une vive r\u00e9action de la Somalie, qui consid\u00e8re le Somaliland comme partie int\u00e9grante de son territoire.
