Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Abidjan le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2025, Dr Nsengiyumva a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueilli par le Premier ministre ivoirien, Robert Beugr\u00e9 Mamb\u00e9, avant de participer, le lundi, \u00e0 l\u2019investiture d\u2019Alassane Ouattara. Le Premier ministre Nsengiyumva repr\u00e9sentait le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement officiel.<\/p>\n

Alassane Ouattara, qui dirige la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire depuis 2011, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu pour un quatri\u00e8me mandat \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire lors des \u00e9lections du 25 octobre 2025, avec 89,7 % des voix. Ses principaux concurrents, Jean-Louis Billon, ancien ministre du Commerce, et Simone Gbagbo, \u00e9pouse de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Laurent Gbagbo, ont reconnu sa victoire, obtenant respectivement 3 % et 2,4 % des suffrages.<\/p>\n

Le Rwanda et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire entretiennent des relations solides, notamment dans le domaine du commerce. En mai dernier, le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame avait rencontr\u00e9 son homologue Ouattara \u00e0 Abidjan, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019\u00ab\u202fAfrica CEO Forum\u202f\u00bb, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9unissant dirigeants d\u2019entreprises, investisseurs et hommes politiques d\u2019Afrique et du\u00a0monde\u00a0entier.<\/p>\n
