L\u2019avocat Paulo Cunha Bueno a qualifi\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision de \u00ab surprenante \u00bb et a annonc\u00e9 son intention de d\u00e9poser un recours dans les d\u00e9lais impartis.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au-del\u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures judiciaires, c\u2019est la symbolique de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement qui frappe : la chute d\u2019un chef d\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019extr\u00eame droite, r\u00e9duit \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9tenu dans les locaux de la police de Brasilia, \u00e9voque une infamie proprement historique. <\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelque chose de profond\u00e9ment incongru et troublant \u00e0 voir un pr\u00e9sident, \u00e9lu pour incarner la puissance et la majest\u00e9 de la R\u00e9publique, passer par la case prison comme un vulgaire d\u00e9linquant. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e m\u00eame qu\u2019un chef d\u2019\u00c9tat puisse se retrouver ainsi assimil\u00e9 aux malfrats et autres criminels de tous ordres heurte les notions classiques de dignit\u00e9 et de continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 politique.<\/p>\n<p>{{Quand la magistrature red\u00e9finit l\u2019inimaginable}}<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire Bolsonaro illustre un paradoxe singulier : la justice br\u00e9silienne, en affirmant son ind\u00e9pendance et sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 sanctionner un ancien pr\u00e9sident, impose un rappel brutal de la responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale universelle, mais bouleverse simultan\u00e9ment l\u2019imaginaire collectif attach\u00e9 aux institutions. <\/p>\n<p>Historiquement, la pr\u00e9sidence est cens\u00e9e \u00eatre un sanctuaire moral et symbolique, o\u00f9 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 et la probit\u00e9 du mandat transcendent les contingences judiciaires ordinaires.
