\u00c0 son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration, il avait notamment annonc\u00e9 des ambitions pour d\u00e9velopper le football f\u00e9minin et des jeunes, am\u00e9liorer les infrastructures et engager plusieurs r\u00e9formes dans le football rwandais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant de prendre la direction de la FERWAFA, Shema Fabrice avait dirig\u00e9 l\u2019AS Kigali pendant six ans. Sous sa pr\u00e9sidence, le club avait notamment remport\u00e9 les Coupes de la Paix de 2019 et 2022, ainsi que la Super Coupe de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En dehors du football, Shema Fabrice est \u00e9galement directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Africa Medical Supplier, une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la commercialisation de mat\u00e9riel m\u00e9dical au Rwanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
