La rencontre a r\u00e9uni plus de 2 000 participants issus du parti, des institutions publiques, du secteur priv\u00e9, de la jeunesse et d\u2019autres organisations invit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son intervention, Kagame a estim\u00e9 que, dans les relations entre individus ou entre \u00c9tats, toute coop\u00e9ration doit \u00eatre fond\u00e9e sur un \u00e9change \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, o\u00f9 chaque partie apporte une contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Lorsque vous allez collaborer avec les autres, vous devez d\u2019abord vous demander ce que vous avez \u00e0 offrir, ce que vous mettez sur la table, afin que ce que l\u2019autre apporte puisse aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux deux parties \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a en outre d\u00e9plor\u00e9 ce qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme une tendance historique, notamment en Afrique, consistant \u00e0 attendre davantage des autres qu\u2019\u00e0 valoriser ses propres capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous donnons souvent l\u2019impression de ne rien avoir \u00e0 offrir dans nos \u00e9changes avec les autres. Nous avons tendance \u00e0 attendre que ceux-ci apportent d\u2019abord une contribution, avant de nous engager \u00e0 notre tour \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le Pr\u00e9sident, cette mentalit\u00e9 de d\u00e9pendance constitue une mauvaise approche politique qui a longtemps limit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement de certains pays africains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous nous sommes parfois plac\u00e9s dans une posture de d\u00e9pendance, consistant \u00e0 attendre l\u2019intervention d\u2019autrui plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 rechercher nos propres solutions. Si des personnes acceptent de nous soutenir, il est important de comprendre les motivations qui les poussent \u00e0 agir ainsi \u00bb, s\u2019est interrog\u00e9 Kagame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a ajout\u00e9 que chaque pays et chaque peuple poss\u00e8de des ressources, des comp\u00e9tences et des capacit\u00e9s qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 son d\u00e9veloppement, estimant qu\u2019attendre constamment une aide ext\u00e9rieure revient \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 sa propre responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que l\u2019une des missions du FPR-Inkotanyi est de faire face aux d\u00e9fis du pays en recherchant des solutions plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en se limitant aux plaintes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab L\u2019histoire du Rwanda, marqu\u00e9e par de nombreux d\u00e9fis, d\u00e9montre que les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s n\u2019auraient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possibles sans une volont\u00e9 nationale de se relever, d\u2019agir par ses propres moyens et de construire son avenir \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, insistant sur le fait que le progr\u00e8s d\u00e9pend de la volont\u00e9 des citoyens et des institutions \u00e0 agir par eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a enfin adress\u00e9 un message particulier \u00e0 la jeunesse, l\u2019appelant \u00e0 commencer d\u00e8s maintenant \u00e0 travailler pour son avenir afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les regrets li\u00e9s aux opportunit\u00e9s manqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Ne renoncez pas \u00e0 votre propre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019initiative. Il ne faut pas croire que la r\u00e9ussite, le d\u00e9veloppement ou la construction d\u2019un avenir durable peuvent reposer uniquement sur l\u2019action d\u2019autrui \u00e0 notre place \u00bb,
