Ces changements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s dans un communiqu\u00e9 du Bureau du Premier ministre publi\u00e9 ce mercredi 15 juillet 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant sa nomination au minist\u00e8re des Sports, Ngabo Brave Olivier occupait depuis 2024 le poste de secr\u00e9taire permanent au Minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse et des Arts. Il avait auparavant dirig\u00e9 le Conseil national de la jeunesse en tant que secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ses nouvelles fonctions, il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Candy Basomingera, qui occupait le poste de secr\u00e9taire permanent au minist\u00e8re des Sports. Basomingera avait rejoint ce minist\u00e8re apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral adjoint du Rwanda Convention Bureau (RCB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le minist\u00e8re des Sports est charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper et de soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques visant \u00e0 renforcer le secteur sportif au Rwanda, notamment \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures, la promotion du sport de masse et l\u2019accompagnement des athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Ishungure Parfait a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 secr\u00e9taire permanent au Minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse et des Arts, en remplacement de Ngabo Brave Olivier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette nomination intervient alors que ce minist\u00e8re poursuit la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes destin\u00e9s \u00e0 soutenir l\u2019autonomisation des jeunes, l\u2019entrepreneuriat et le d\u00e9veloppement des industries cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
