Dans son discours de prestation, Paul Biya a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 l’union sacr\u00e9e pour “jeter les bases d’un avenir encore plus prometteur de notre cher et beau pays”. Le chef de l’Etat a promis de ne m\u00e9nager aucun effort pour \u00eatre digne de la confiance plac\u00e9e en lui.<\/p>\n

Il s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 accorder au cours de son septennat une attention particuli\u00e8re aux jeunes et aux femmes, annon\u00e7ant notamment la relance des concours administratifs, ainsi qu’un programme sp\u00e9cial de cr\u00e9ation d’emplois pour les jeunes avec l’appui des institutions bancaires locales.<\/p>\n

M. Biya a condamn\u00e9 les violences post\u00e9lectorales et les actes de d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance civile qui ont entra\u00een\u00e9 des pertes en vies humaines et des destructions de biens, promettant que des mesures efficaces seront prises pour r\u00e9tablir l’ordre. “L’ordre r\u00e9gnera”, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Avec cette allocution, Paul Biya, 92 ans, entre en fonction et entame son 8e mandat \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Cameroun. <\/p>\n
