Il a qualifi\u00e9 le Rwanda \u00ab d\u2019exemple inspirant de r\u00e9silience et de transformation au service du d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb, affirmant que les deux nations avancent \u00ab vers une Afrique souveraine et innovante \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Moment fort du s\u00e9jour : la participation des deux chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 la Car Free Day survenu ce Dimanche, une marche de 5 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 travers Kigali, symbole de sant\u00e9, de coh\u00e9sion sociale et d\u2019engagement environnemental.<\/p>\n<p>La visite a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la signature de cinq accords bilat\u00e9raux portant sur la facilitation des visas, l\u2019agriculture, la sant\u00e9, les services correctionnels et la collaboration dans le cadre du plan Vision 2050.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le Rwanda et le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal sont guid\u00e9s par les m\u00eames valeurs : placer l\u2019\u00eatre humain au centre, obtenir des r\u00e9sultats concrets et poursuivre une vision audacieuse et transformatrice \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame, soulignant une \u00ab relation ancienne et fructueuse \u00bb entre les deux pays. <\/p>\n<p>Il a aussi insist\u00e9 sur le r\u00f4le essentiel de la jeunesse africaine, dont le talent et la r\u00e9silience \u00ab doivent \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9s pour leur permettre de r\u00e9aliser pleinement leur potentiel \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa part, le pr\u00e9sident Faye a salu\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s remarquables du Rwanda depuis 1994 et rendu hommage aux victimes du g\u00e9nocide contre les Tutsi.
