discuter des moyens d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le bien-\u00eatre social et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du Rwanda, tout en abordant les principaux d\u00e9fis r\u00e9gionaux et mondiaux.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes ont permis d\u2019examiner diverses approches susceptibles de renforcer la r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique du pays, de promouvoir l\u2019innovation et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des citoyens.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les participants figuraient Louise Mushikiwabo, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), Dr Donald Kaberuka, \u00e9conomiste et ancien pr\u00e9sident de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD), Joseph Nsengimana, ministre de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, et Paula Ingabire, ministre des Technologies de l\u2019information et de l\u2019Innovation, ainsi que d\u2019autres personnalit\u00e9s issues du monde acad\u00e9mique et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil consultatif pr\u00e9sidentiel (PAC), cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident Kagame, joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la formulation des orientations strat\u00e9giques visant \u00e0 soutenir la vision de
