{"id":39476,"date":"2025-10-02T10:12:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T10:12:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Proces-Kabila-une-vengeance-politique-selon-le-CCDH-39476\/"},"modified":"2025-10-02T10:10:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T10:10:24","slug":"Proces-Kabila-une-vengeance-politique-selon-le-CCDH","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Proces-Kabila-une-vengeance-politique-selon-le-CCDH\/","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e8s Kabila : une \u00ab vengeance politique \u00bb, selon le CCDH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 30 septembre 2025, la Cour militaire sup\u00e9rieure de la RDC a reconnu Kabila coupable de crimes de guerre, de crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, de trahison et d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 une milice arm\u00e9e ill\u00e9gale, l\u2019ancien chef d\u2019\u00c9tat ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 la peine de mort.<\/p>\n<p>Le jugement pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement le versement de 33 milliards de dollars de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats pour les destructions attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 la coalition AFC\/M23, dont Kabila est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le dirigeant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9sident du CCDH, \u00c9loi Lubilansam, ce proc\u00e8s \u00ab a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 par la partialit\u00e9, le refus d\u2019accorder \u00e0 l\u2019accus\u00e9 le droit \u00e0 une d\u00e9fense \u00e9quitable et relevait d\u2019une logique de vengeance \u00bb, rappelant que \u00ab la justice ne devrait pas \u00eatre un instrument politique ni un outil de vengeance \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le PPRD, parti de Joseph Kabila, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure \u00e0 caract\u00e8re politique. Son secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif adjoint, Ferdinand Kambere, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que ce proc\u00e8s \u00ab n\u2019a d\u2019autre objectif que de faire taire un homme qui s\u2019est battu pour la r\u00e9conciliation, la paix et la d\u00e9mocratie dans ce pays \u00bb. Selon lui, il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00ab un proc\u00e8s bas\u00e9 sur de fausses accusations, visant \u00e0 \u00e9touffer une voix dissidente face au pouvoir \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Kabila a dirig\u00e9 la RDC de 2001 \u00e0 2019, avant de c\u00e9der la pr\u00e9sidence \u00e0 F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi.
