Elle allonge la dur\u00e9e du mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel de cinq \u00e0 sept ans, renouvelable une fois, et pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un S\u00e9nat.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum constitutionnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 \u00e0 89 %, avec un taux de participation officiel de 92 %, selon la Cour supr\u00eame. Toutefois, l\u2019opposition conteste ces chiffres, affirmant selon elle, que la participation observ\u00e9e dans les bureaux de vote \u00e9tait faible.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 2020 et 2023, l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et l\u2019Afrique centrale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9es par plusieurs coups d\u2019\u00c9tat, dont celui de 2021 en Guin\u00e9e.
