Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un \u00ab gouvernement d\u2019unit\u00e9 des Congolais \u00bb, ce nouvel ex\u00e9cutif int\u00e8gre, selon le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, certaines figures de l\u2019opposition ayant accept\u00e9 de collaborer avec le pouvoir afin de trouver des solutions aux d\u00e9fis majeurs qui p\u00e8sent sur le pays.<\/p>\n

La plupart des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, surnomm\u00e9e \u00ab Suminwa 1 \u00bb, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduits. Parmi eux figurent Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Kayikwamba Wagner, ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Guy Kabombo Muadiamvita, ministre de la D\u00e9fense, et Jacquemain Shabani, ministre de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure. Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo conserve le portefeuille des Transports et des Voies de communication, tandis que Patrick Muyaya retrouve le minist\u00e8re de la Communication et le r\u00f4le de porte-parole du gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Quatre nouvelles personnalit\u00e9s font leur entr\u00e9e : Adolphe Muzito, opposant politique, prend la t\u00eate du minist\u00e8re des Finances ; Guillaume Ngefa-Atondoko Andali est nomm\u00e9 ministre de la Justice ; \u00c9liezer Ntambwe h\u00e9rite du portefeuille charg\u00e9 des anciens militaires ; et Floribert Azuluni devient ministre de la Coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 un accord conclu en juin 2025 pour unir leurs forces face aux menaces contre la RDC, aucun membre du parti ECID\u00e9 de Martin Fayulu n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la nouvelle \u00e9quipe. D\u2019autres grandes formations d\u2019opposition, telles que le PPRD de Joseph Kabila et ‘Ensemble pour la R\u00e9publique’ de Mo\u00efse Katumbi, en sont \u00e9galement absentes, Kinshasa les accusant de collaborer avec celui qu\u2019elle d\u00e9signe comme \u00ab l\u2019ennemi \u00bb, l’AFC\/M23.<\/p>\n
