{"id":38363,"date":"2025-07-16T19:33:44","date_gmt":"2025-07-16T19:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/ATLAS-Space-Operations-inaugure-une-nouvelle-antenne-au-Rwanda-38363\/"},"modified":"2025-07-25T16:52:01","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T16:52:01","slug":"ATLAS-Space-Operations-inaugure-une-nouvelle-antenne-au-Rwanda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/ATLAS-Space-Operations-inaugure-une-nouvelle-antenne-au-Rwanda\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8216;ATLAS Space&#8217; Operations inaugure une nouvelle antenne au Rwanda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019antenne a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e ce mardi 15 juillet 2025 dans le cadre de l\u2019offre &#8216;Ground Station as a Service&#8217; d\u2019ATLAS et permettra d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la transmission de donn\u00e9es atmosph\u00e9riques et m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques spatiales \u00e0 l\u2019Agence am\u00e9ricaine d\u2019observation oc\u00e9anique et atmosph\u00e9rique (NOAA).<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle station recevra des donn\u00e9es provenant de six satellites COSMIC-2, qui utilisent la technique de l\u2019occultation radio pour observer en continu l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re terrestre et l\u2019ionosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la nature changeante et rapide des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques, la transmission rapide des donn\u00e9es est essentielle. ATLAS garantit que les donn\u00e9es provenant de ses stations parviennent \u00e0 la NOAA en moins de 60 secondes, une norme que la nouvelle station rwandaise est con\u00e7ue pour respecter.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202fLa mise en service de notre nouvelle antenne au Rwanda t\u00e9moigne de la solidit\u00e9 de notre partenariat avec l\u2019Agence spatiale rwandaise et de notre engagement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre r\u00e9seau pour mieux servir nos clients\u202f\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Corey Geer, PDG d\u2019ATLAS Space Operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202fCet ajout strat\u00e9gique renforce consid\u00e9rablement notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir des donn\u00e9es critiques de la mission COSMIC-2, garantissant que la NOAA re\u00e7oive les informations essentielles dont elle a besoin pour un suivi pr\u00e9cis et rapide de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re et de l\u2019ionosph\u00e8re.\u202f\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019emplacement du Rwanda offre un nombre id\u00e9al de points de contact avec la constellation de satellites COSMIC-2, faisant de ce site un atout pr\u00e9cieux pour la r\u00e9ception des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La station de Mwulire, situ\u00e9e dans le district de Rwamagana, rejoint les sites de soutien existants \u00e0 la mission COSMIC-2 au Ghana et \u00e0 Tahiti. Son int\u00e9gration au r\u00e9seau a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration avec l\u2019Agence spatiale rwandaise, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une demande directe de la NOAA visant \u00e0 \u00e9tendre les capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>ATLAS g\u00e8re actuellement plus de 3 000 contacts satellites chaque mois et a soutenu plus de 156 000 interactions satellites pour la NOAA depuis juillet 2019.
