juin.\u202f<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202f\u00c0 la suite d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le Bureau d\u2019Investigation du Rwanda, remise \u00e0 l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 Nationale de la Poursuite Publique (ANPP) le 24 juin 2025, l\u2019ANPP a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une affaire aupr\u00e8s du Tribunal de Premi\u00e8re Instance de Kicukiro, demandant la d\u00e9tention provisoire d\u2019Ingabire Umuhoza Victoire\u202f\u00bb, indique le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ingabire, fondatrice du parti politique non reconnue &#8216;DALFA-Umurinzi&#8217;, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e le 19 juin 2025 suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision de la Haute Cour de Kigali.<\/p>\n<p>Le tribunal a pris cette d\u00e9cision apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli l\u2019existence de motifs s\u00e9rieux laissant supposer l\u2019implication d\u2019Ingabire dans une conspiration avec neuf individus, dont le journaliste Theoneste Nsengimana, accus\u00e9s d\u2019avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des sessions de formation pr\u00e9tendument destin\u00e9es \u00e0 renverser le gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>Ingabire a reconnu que huit des neuf individus, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du journaliste Nsengimana, \u00e9taient d\u2019anciens membres de DALFA-Umurinzi, mais a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que le parti n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019organisation de ces sessions de formation et qu\u2019elle-m\u00eame n\u2019en avait pas connaissance.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de poursuite, les charges retenues contre Ingabire concernent des infractions portant atteinte \u00e0 la
