Memel Dao, d\u00e9fenseur lat\u00e9ral de 21 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme nouveau joueur de l\u2019APR FC dimanche dernier. Cependant, des photos et des contrats circulant sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux sugg\u00e8raient qu\u2019il aurait auparavant sign\u00e9 avec le club tanzanien Singida Black Stars.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 ces informations, APR FC a assur\u00e9 que le transfert de ce joueur a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles. En effet, Memel Dao \u00e9tait sous contrat avec l\u2019AS Sonabel Ouagadougou jusqu\u2019en juin 2027. Ceci-dit, le club rwandais a confirm\u00e9 avoir trouv\u00e9 un accord avec l\u2019AS Sonabel pour son transfert.<\/p>\n

Dans une interview accord\u00e9e au journal IGIHE, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019APR FC, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade Deo Rusanganwa, a affirm\u00e9 que le club n\u2019a rencontr\u00e9 aucun probl\u00e8me concernant ce joueur. Il a confirm\u00e9 que toutes les d\u00e9marches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es dans les r\u00e8gles et que l\u2019ensemble des documents n\u00e9cessaires, y compris le certificat ITC, ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus.<\/p>\n

Memel Dao fait partie des huit nouvelles recrues d\u2019APR FC pour cette saison. Parmi elles figurent le gardien Hakizimana Adolphe, les d\u00e9fenseurs Nduwayo Alex, Bugingo Hakim et Omborenga Fitina, les milieux de terrain Ronald Ssekiganda (originaire d\u2019Ouganda) et Ngabonziza Pacifique, ainsi que l\u2019ailier Iraguha Hadji.<\/p>\n

APR FC, formation embl\u00e9matique des Forces de D\u00e9fense du Rwanda, s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 finaliser le recrutement d\u2019un dernier attaquant. Le club repr\u00e9sentera le Rwanda lors de la Ligue des champions de la CAF pour la saison 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n
