Il \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 de l\u2019ambassadrice du Rwanda \u00e0 Rabat, Shakilla Umutoni, du colonel David Mutayomba (J7) et de la lieutenant-colonelle Angeline Kamanzi, responsable de l\u2019analyse au renseignement militaire.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa visite par un hommage au Mausol\u00e9e Mohammed V, symbole du respect mutuel entre les deux pays.<\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9union bilat\u00e9rale de haut niveau s\u2019est ensuite tenue au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019Administration de la D\u00e9fense nationale, o\u00f9 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation rwandaise a \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec les autorit\u00e9s marocaines, dirig\u00e9es par Abdeltif Loudyi, ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de la D\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<p>Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur la formation, le partage de renseignements et d&#8217;autres domaines de coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e s\u2019est conclue par la signature officielle de l\u2019accord, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 un partenariat militaire renforc\u00e9 entre Kigali et Rabat.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-62384 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\"
