\u00c2g\u00e9 de 35 ans, Putney sort tout juste d\u2019une belle performance lors des phases finales de la Basketball Africa League (BAL) 2025, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es en Afrique du Sud, o\u00f9 il portait les couleurs des Rivers Hoopers du Nigeria. Il est attendu \u00e0 Kigali ce mercredi pour rejoindre ses nouveaux co\u00e9quipiers et d\u00e9buter la pr\u00e9paration en vue des matchs \u00e0 \u00e9limination directe.<\/p>\n

Les Patriots, qui ont termin\u00e9 la saison r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me place, affronteront en demi-finale l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019APR BBC, arriv\u00e9e en t\u00eate du classement. Cette phase se jouera selon le format “Best of Five”, o\u00f9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9quipe \u00e0 remporter trois matchs acc\u00e8de \u00e0 la finale.<\/p>\n

La rencontre d\u2019ouverture est pr\u00e9vue pour le vendredi 20 juin 2025 \u00e0 20h30, apr\u00e8s le match opposant REG BBC \u00e0 UGB, qui se tiendra \u00e0 18h00. Les deux confrontations auront lieu \u00e0 la BK Arena.<\/p>\n
