{"id":37815,"date":"2025-06-01T17:32:45","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T17:32:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Le-Rwanda-gagne-un-nouveau-marche-europeen-pour-son-cafe-torrefie-localement-37815\/"},"modified":"2025-06-01T17:16:36","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T17:16:36","slug":"Le-Rwanda-gagne-un-nouveau-marche-europeen-pour-son-cafe-torrefie-localement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Le-Rwanda-gagne-un-nouveau-marche-europeen-pour-son-cafe-torrefie-localement\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Rwanda gagne un nouveau march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en pour son caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 localement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Rwanda a particip\u00e9 au \u00ab Coffee Europe Expo 2025 \u00bb, un salon international du caf\u00e9 qui s\u2019est tenu du 27 au 29 mai au Ptak Warsaw Expo, \u00e0 Varsovie, en Pologne.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des acteurs de l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur du caf\u00e9, incluant des innovateurs ainsi que des fournisseurs de technologies d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la production, \u00e0 la transformation et \u00e0 la distribution du caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour sa premi\u00e8re participation \u00e0 cette 10\u1d49 \u00e9dition du salon, le Rwanda \u00e9tait le pays \u00e0 l\u2019honneur et a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 pour son r\u00f4le grandissant au sein de l\u2019industrie mondiale du caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le salon a accueilli environ 6 000 visiteurs venus de 15 pays, et plus de 100 exposants, parmi lesquels plusieurs entreprises rwandaises, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des caf\u00e9s et th\u00e9s rwandais de qualit\u00e9 premium.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que l\u2019exposition ait principalement port\u00e9 sur le caf\u00e9, le Rwanda a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses produits de th\u00e9, souhaitant faire de la Pologne une alternative aussi int\u00e9ressante que la Russie, qui a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;un des principaux acheteurs de th\u00e9 rwandais.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La Russie \u00e9tait un acheteur important de th\u00e9 rwandais via les ench\u00e8res de Mombasa \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Bizimana dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 IGIHE. \u00ab Mais en raison de la guerre en Ukraine, les volumes ont fortement diminu\u00e9. Nous voyons d\u00e9sormais la Pologne comme un march\u00e9 capable de compenser cette baisse. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon Bizimana, le caf\u00e9 et le th\u00e9 rwandais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bien accueillis et ont suscit\u00e9 un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat chez les acheteurs polonais et d\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est. Si le caf\u00e9 rwandais dispose d\u00e9j\u00e0 de march\u00e9s bien \u00e9tablis, l\u2019ouverture vers de nouvelles destinations d\u2019exportation permet souvent d\u2019obtenir des prix plus comp\u00e9titifs et des conditions commerciales plus avantageuses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ce qui distingue la Pologne, explique Bizimana, c\u2019est son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le caf\u00e9 \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e \u2014 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 et emball\u00e9 au Rwanda. Cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re davantage d\u2019emplois pour nos jeunes et permet de conserver une plus grande part de la valeur ajout\u00e9e dans le pays. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de ces salons internationaux, qui fournissent des informations essentielles sur les exigences r\u00e9glementaires et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des march\u00e9s, aidant ainsi le Rwanda \u00e0 affiner sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019exportation.<\/p>\n<p>{{Les exposants t\u00e9moignent}}<\/p>\n<p>Rusatira Emmanuel, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Baho Coffee Company, faisait partie des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations rwandaises pr\u00e9sentes. Il a confi\u00e9 que l\u2019ampleur et l\u2019enthousiasme du march\u00e9 polonais avaient largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 leurs attentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Personne ne s\u2019attendait \u00e0 un march\u00e9 aussi vaste et dynamique. Les gens \u00e9taient vraiment curieux \u00e0 propos du Rwanda. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re fois que nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions d\u2019une plateforme aussi importante et reconnue lors d\u2019une exposition \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il a qualifi\u00e9 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cieuse pour \u00e9tablir des contacts avec des torr\u00e9facteurs, exportateurs et autres professionnels du secteur \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Tout s\u2019est vendu. La demande pour le caf\u00e9 et le th\u00e9 rwandais \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s forte. Les gens veulent en savoir davantage sur nos produits \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les exposants figurait \u00e9galement Rubayiza Aloys, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Rwanda Mountain Coffee Ltd et JAC Coffee Ltd. \u00c0 la t\u00eate d\u2019une ferme de cinq hectares dans le district de Huye, Rubayiza ne se contente pas de cultiver le caf\u00e9 : il le transforme aussi sous diff\u00e9rentes formes \u2014 grains verts, caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 et capsules \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le march\u00e9 d\u2019Europe de l\u2019Est est majeur, il repr\u00e9sente 40 % de la consommation mondiale de caf\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. \u00ab Le caf\u00e9 en capsule y est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Environ 20 % des consommateurs le pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent, et il se vend \u00e0 un prix plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Nous adaptons nos produits aux attentes des clients. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Michael Wyroslak, qui repr\u00e9sente 1000 Hills Products en Pologne, importe et distribue du caf\u00e9 rwandais depuis sept ans. Il a d\u00e9crit ce parcours comme une v\u00e9ritable croissance et transformation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Au d\u00e9but, de nombreuses id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues entouraient le caf\u00e9 rwandais. Mais au fil des ans, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 changer cette perception. Aujourd\u2019hui, les consommateurs reconnaissent sa qualit\u00e9 et son profil aromatique unique \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Wyroslak a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019ils augmentent chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des exportations de caf\u00e9, tout en continuant \u00e0 lancer de nouveaux produits rwandais sur les march\u00e9s polonais et europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Notre avenir est prometteur, tant que le Rwanda maintiendra la production de caf\u00e9 de haute qualit\u00e9, la demande ne fera que cro\u00eetre \u00bb, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n<p>Le &#8216;Coffee Europe Expo&#8217; s\u2019est tenu au Ptak Warsaw Expo, l\u2019un des plus grands centres d\u2019exposition d\u2019Europe. Ce site accueille plus de 70 \u00e9v\u00e9nements annuels, attirant plus d\u2019un million de visiteurs et plus de 7 000 exposants issus de divers secteurs.<\/p>\n<p>karirima@igihe.com<\/p>\n<figure
