La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e au centre d\u2019entra\u00eenement militaire de Nicara, dans la province de Nampula, sous la direction du pr\u00e9sident mozambicain Daniel Chapo.<\/p>\n

Au cours de cette formation, les soldats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s aux techniques de lutte contre le terrorisme, au combat urbain, au tir de pr\u00e9cision, au combat rapproch\u00e9, au renseignement, \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019otages ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la riposte rapide face \u00e0 l\u2019ennemi.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident Chapo a exprim\u00e9 sa profonde gratitude envers le Pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame et les forces de D\u00e9fence rwandaises pour leur pr\u00e9cieux soutien dans la lutte contre le terrorisme dans la province de Cabo Delgado, ainsi que pour la formation administr\u00e9e aux soldats mozambicains.<\/p>\n

Le Chef d\u2019\u00c9tat mozambicain a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 exceptionnelle dont ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 les forces mozambicaines en \u00e9tant form\u00e9es par leurs homologues rwandaises, rappelant qu\u2019une telle formation n\u2019avait pas eu lieu depuis 2011.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce type de formation avait \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9 pour la derni\u00e8re fois par les \u00c9tats-Unis au Mozambique en 2011. Avoir un pays ami qui assure la formation de nos soldats repr\u00e9sente une chance unique. Les FADM et le Mozambique saluent avec gratitude cette initiative. \u00bb a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de division Emmy Ruvusha, commandant des forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 rwandaises d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es au Mozambique, a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 sa reconnaissance envers les autorit\u00e9s mozambicaines pour leur \u00e9troite coop\u00e9ration dans les op\u00e9rations de lutte contre le terrorisme.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement exhort\u00e9 les soldats ayant achev\u00e9 la formation \u00e0 mettre pleinement \u00e0 profit les comp\u00e9tences acquises afin de contribuer activement au maintien de la paix et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Mozambique.<\/p>\n
