Munyangaju"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Devant un public diversifi\u00e9, compos\u00e9 de compatriotes rwandais, de jeunes, d\u2019amis du Rwanda et de repr\u00e9sentants diplomatiques, elle a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l\u2019histoire tragique de la nation et sa remarquable reconstruction, tout en mettant en garde contre les menaces persistantes qui continuent de menacer la stabilit\u00e9 du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Le g\u00e9nocide contre les Tutsi de 1994 reste l&#8217;un des chapitres les plus tragiques de l\u2019histoire contemporaine. En l\u2019espace de seulement 100 jours, plus d\u2019un million de Tutsi \u2014 hommes, femmes, enfants et nouveau-n\u00e9s \u2014 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 brutalement extermin\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019une campagne soigneusement orchestr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambassadeur Munyangaju a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agissait pas d\u2019un acte spontan\u00e9, mais du r\u00e9sultat de d\u00e9cennies de divisions ethniques, d\u2019id\u00e9ologies haineuses et de politiques discriminatoires enracin\u00e9es durant la p\u00e9riode coloniale et amplifi\u00e9es par les r\u00e9gimes post-ind\u00e9pendance. \u00ab Ce fut l\u2019un des g\u00e9nocides les plus rapides et les plus brutaux \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9, en rappelant que cet acte s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sous les yeux du monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de la comm\u00e9moration, \u00ab Se souvenir \u2013 S\u2019unir \u2013 Se renouveler \u00bb, incarne l\u2019approche du Rwanda en mati\u00e8re de gu\u00e9rison et de progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Se souvenir \u00bb, a insist\u00e9 l\u2019ambassadeur  Munyangaju, est un acte de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de justice. Cela consiste \u00e0 honorer les victimes, \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre la d\u00e9cimation de familles enti\u00e8res, et \u00e0 saluer le courage des survivants dont la r\u00e9silience continue d\u2019inspirer le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Cela implique \u00e9galement de confronter la complicit\u00e9 des acteurs internationaux, dont l&#8217;inaction ou le soutien ont facilit\u00e9 les atrocit\u00e9s. \u00ab Se souvenir, c\u2019est rejeter l\u2019oubli, la banalisation et le d\u00e9ni \u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Cependant, la lutte est loin d\u2019\u00eatre termin\u00e9e. Trente et un ans apr\u00e8s le g\u00e9nocide, l\u2019id\u00e9ologie g\u00e9nocidaire reste vivace, nourrie par des r\u00e9seaux n\u00e9gationnistes et des r\u00e9cits r\u00e9visionnistes, souvent soutenus par des financements internationaux. \u00bb  a averti l\u2019ambassadeur.<\/p>\n<p>Des groupes tels que les Forces d\u00e9mocratiques de lib\u00e9ration du Rwanda (FDLR) demeurent actifs, tol\u00e9r\u00e9s, voire soutenus dans certaines r\u00e9gions, y compris par des factions au sein du gouvernement congolais.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous ne pouvons ignorer la propagation persistante de l\u2019id\u00e9ologie g\u00e9nocidaire, aliment\u00e9e par des groupes tels que les FDLR \u00bb, a affirm\u00e9 l\u2019ambassadeur Munyangaju, insistant sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une vigilance constante et d\u2019une action d\u00e9termin\u00e9e pour contrer ces menaces.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse du Rwanda \u00e0 son pass\u00e9 tragique est tout simplement exemplaire. Refusant de se laisser d\u00e9finir par l\u2019horreur, le pays a opt\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9conciliation plut\u00f4t que la vengeance. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambassadeur Munyangaju a salu\u00e9 la r\u00e9silience exceptionnelle des survivants, soulignant leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pardonner et \u00e0 participer activement \u00e0 la reconstruction d\u2019un Rwanda uni, illustrant ainsi notre humanit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Sous une direction visionnaire et avec une jeunesse r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019avenir, le Rwanda est devenu un symbole de stabilit\u00e9, de progr\u00e8s social et de dignit\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9e. \u00ab Nous avons choisi de ne pas \u00eatre prisonniers du pass\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-elle affirm\u00e9, mettant en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019engagement collectif pour la coexistence et la gu\u00e9rison, tout en reconnaissant que des cicatrices demeurent.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambassadeur a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re le r\u00f4le crucial de la diaspora rwandaise, en particulier des jeunes, en tant que gardiens de la m\u00e9moire et d\u00e9fenseurs de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Vous \u00eates les ambassadeurs de notre histoire \u00bb, leur a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9, les encourageant \u00e0 combattre la d\u00e9sinformation, \u00e0 soutenir les survivants et \u00e0 diffuser les valeurs du Rwanda dans leurs pays d\u2019accueil.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a exprim\u00e9 sa profonde gratitude envers les amis du Rwanda pr\u00e9sents, soulignant que leur lutte contre le d\u00e9ni renforce le message mondial du \u00ab Plus jamais \u00e7a \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En tournant son regard vers l\u2019avenir, Munyangaju a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019engagement ind\u00e9fectible du Rwanda \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le g\u00e9nocide \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et \u00e0 promouvoir la paix au sein de la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La comm\u00e9moration ne se limite pas \u00e0 un simple moment de r\u00e9flexion, mais repr\u00e9sente un appel \u00e0 l\u2019action : une responsabilit\u00e9 collective pour b\u00e2tir un avenir fond\u00e9 sur la justice, l\u2019unit\u00e9 et la dignit\u00e9. C\u2019est notre devoir moral, notre promesse commune et notre h\u00e9ritage partag\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-elle conclu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avocat Richard Gisagara, qui a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une intervention sur le chemin vers la justice, a affirm\u00e9 que \u00ab la justice a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u2014 et demeure \u2014 la premi\u00e8re condition de l\u2019espoir en la paix \u00bb dans le processus de reconstruction du Rwanda apr\u00e8s la trag\u00e9die.<\/p>\n<p>Il a d\u00e9crit le g\u00e9nocide comme \u00ab un \u00e9chec \u00e0 la fois de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 rwandaise et de la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00bb, soulignant qu\u2019en l\u2019espace de 100 jours, des citoyens ordinaires ont massacr\u00e9 \u00ab des hommes et des femmes, des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et des nouveau-n\u00e9s, sans distinction \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Gisagara a insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu&#8217;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui n\u00e9glige de punir de tels crimes court le risque de sombrer dans une violence interminable, soulignant que la justice est essentielle pour briser le cycle de l&#8217;impunit\u00e9 et restaurer l&#8217;espoir.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 l&#8217;Europe \u00e0 aborder le g\u00e9nocide contre les Tutsi avec la m\u00eame gravit\u00e9 que l&#8217;Holocauste, plaidant pour des actions d\u00e9cisives afin de combattre le d\u00e9ni, de prot\u00e9ger les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s contre la haine et d&#8217;assurer justice pour les victimes et les survivants.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-60549 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fr.igihe.com\/IMG\/jpg\/m1-5.jpg\" alt=\"L&#039;Amb.
