{"id":36896,"date":"2025-02-19T09:09:03","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T09:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Patrouille-du-M23-dans-la-ville-de-Bukavu-36896\/"},"modified":"2025-02-21T13:02:35","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T13:02:35","slug":"Patrouille-du-M23-dans-la-ville-de-Bukavu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Patrouille-du-M23-dans-la-ville-de-Bukavu\/","title":{"rendered":"Patrouille du M23 dans la ville de Bukavu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les combattants du M23 sont entr\u00e9s dans la ville de Bukavu sans rencontrer de grandes r\u00e9sistances, car de nombreux soldats des FARDC ont imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les armes et se sont dispers\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le commandement du M23 affirme que les rares coups de feu entendus dans la ville provenaient de soldats des FARDC et de bandes arm\u00e9es qui se sont empar\u00e9es d\u2019armes avant de piller des maisons et des commerces.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les quartiers de Cap Ngouba, Place Mulumba, Nyawera, Feu Vert et d\u2019autres endroits, la population vaque normalement \u00e0 ses occupations. Aux march\u00e9s de Kadutu, Muhanzi et dans plus de 20 autres march\u00e9s de Bukavu, la situation est calme et aucun incident majeur n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le M23 poursuit d\u00e9sormais son avanc\u00e9e vers la localit\u00e9 de Kamanyola, situ\u00e9e dans la plaine de la Ruzizi, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re entre le Rwanda, la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo et le Burundi.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les informations disponibles, c\u2019est aux environs de 18 heures, ce mardi 18 f\u00e9vrier 2025, que les combattants du M23 sont entr\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes parties de Kamanyola, une zone qui \u00e9tait sous le contr\u00f4le des miliciens Wazalendo ces derniers jours.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement rapport\u00e9 que le M23 continue son offensive en direction d\u2019Uvira, et qu\u2019il est probable que cette localit\u00e9 tombe avant la fin de la semaine. Uvira \u00e9tant \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec le Burundi, sa prise emp\u00eacherait ce dernier de continuer \u00e0 envoyer des troupes en soutien aux forces de Tshisekedi dans le Sud-Kivu.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019arm\u00e9e ougandaise a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion de Bunia, capitale de l\u2019Ituri, pour lutter contre les exactions perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es contre les populations locales.<\/p>\n<p>Un employ\u00e9 des Nations Unies a confi\u00e9 aux m\u00e9dias que des camions remplis de soldats burundais ont travers\u00e9 la fronti\u00e8re vers le Burundi lundi dernier, apr\u00e8s leur retrait de la RDC. Ces militaires, qui \u00e9taient bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Kavumu et combattaient en RDC, ont pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 rentrer pr\u00e9cipitamment apr\u00e8s la prise de la ville de Bukavu.<\/p>\n<figure
