{"id":36690,"date":"2025-01-29T15:51:26","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T15:51:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Les-mercenaires-roumains-traversent-au-Rwanda-apres-leur-capitulation-face-au-36690\/"},"modified":"2025-02-01T17:13:17","modified_gmt":"2025-02-01T17:13:17","slug":"Les-mercenaires-roumains-traversent-au-Rwanda-apres-leur-capitulation-face-au","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/Les-mercenaires-roumains-traversent-au-Rwanda-apres-leur-capitulation-face-au\/","title":{"rendered":"Les mercenaires roumains traversent au Rwanda apr\u00e8s leur capitulation face au M23"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ces mercenaires, membres du groupe RALF en Roumanie, s\u2019\u00e9taient joints aux Forces arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (FARDC) pour lutter contre le groupe arm\u00e9 M23 depuis 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que le groupe M23 ait pris le contr\u00f4le de la ville de Goma, infligeant une d\u00e9faite aux FARDC et \u00e0 leurs alli\u00e9s, ces mercenaires se sont d&#8217;abord remis \u00e0 la MONUSCO.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mercredi 29 mars 2025, environ 280 mercenaires ont travers\u00e9 le Rwanda en provenance de Goma, suivant le m\u00eame chemin emprunt\u00e9 par pr\u00e8s de 2000 autres travailleurs de l\u2019ONU r\u00e9cemment autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 passer par le Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agissait pas des seuls arrivants, car pr\u00e8s de 40 employ\u00e9s de la Banque mondiale ont \u00e9galement p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 au Rwanda ce mercredi en provenance de Goma.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 Goma, il y avait environ 800 mercenaires du groupe RALF de Roumanie, qui \u00e9taient bas\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion du Nord Kivu, o\u00f9 ils \u00e9taient cens\u00e9s prot\u00e9ger non seulement Goma mais aussi la ville de Sake.<\/p>\n<p>Tous \u00e9taient sous le commandement de Hora\u021biu Potra, un Roumain r\u00e9cemment arr\u00eat\u00e9 par son propre pays. Il y avait \u00e9galement 20 autres mercenaires du groupe Agemira de Bulgarie.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-57568 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\"
