Kivu \u00e0 fuir en direction de Bukavu, utilisant des bateaux.<\/p>\n<p>Certains soldats ont opt\u00e9 pour la reddition aupr\u00e8s du M23 et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sarm\u00e9s, tandis que d\u2019autres ont choisi de se r\u00e9fugier au Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>Les soldats ayant fui vers le Rwanda ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis dans la r\u00e9gion de Rubavu, o\u00f9 les autorit\u00e9s ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;ils ne portaient aucune arme.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 20 soldats, arm\u00e9s de fusils et de munitions, ont franchi la fronti\u00e8re et remis leurs armes aux forces rwandaises.<\/p>\n<p>Des employ\u00e9s des Nations Unies, \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 Goma, ont \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 refuge au Rwanda, o\u00f9 ils seront transport\u00e9s \u00e0 Kigali et log\u00e9s dans divers h\u00f4tels.<\/p>\n<p>Le M23 contr\u00f4le actuellement la ville de Goma et a annonc\u00e9 la fermeture de son espace a\u00e9rien, interrompant ainsi toutes les activit\u00e9s sur le lac Kivu, du c\u00f4t\u00e9 congolais.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe rebelle a appel\u00e9 les habitants de Goma \u00e0 rester calmes, assurant
