Dans un message publi\u00e9 ce dimanche soir sur son compte X, le Pr\u00e9sident Ruto a qualifi\u00e9 la situation de grave crise humanitaire, exprimant ses inqui\u00e9tudes face \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation rapide de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la paix en RDC. William Ruto a soulign\u00e9 que la crise humanitaire \u00e9tait aggrav\u00e9e par les actions militaires en cours, notamment la fermeture de l\u2019espace a\u00e9rien \u00e0 Goma.<\/p>\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident Ruto a appel\u00e9 toutes les parties concern\u00e9es \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier le dialogue pour r\u00e9soudre la crise. En tant que pr\u00e9sident de la Communaut\u00e9 de l’Afrique de l’Est (EAC), il a exhort\u00e9 les dirigeants impliqu\u00e9s dans le processus de paix de Luanda \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre favorablement \u00e0 l\u2019appel \u00e0 la paix lanc\u00e9 par les populations et la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n

Ruto a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 qu’apr\u00e8s consultation avec ses homologues de l’EAC, un sommet extraordinaire des chefs d’\u00c9tat de la communaut\u00e9 serait convoqu\u00e9 dans les 48 heures pour discuter des mesures \u00e0 prendre.<\/p>\n
