Mukazayire, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e le 20 d\u00e9cembre 2024, occupait auparavant le poste de Secr\u00e9taire Permanent au sein du m\u00eame minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de ces changements, Rwego Ngarambe, ancien Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral en charge du D\u00e9veloppement du Sport, a \u00e9t\u00e9 promu Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat au sein du Minist\u00e8re des Sports.<\/p>\n

Un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par le Bureau du Premier Ministre annonce \u00e9galement la nomination de Godfrey Kabera comme Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat charg\u00e9 des Finances publiques. <\/p>\n

Kabera \u00e9tait jusqu\u2019ici Directeur du D\u00e9partement de la Planification et de la Recherche au Minist\u00e8re des Finances et de la Planification \u00c9conomique (MINECOFIN).<\/p>\n

Francis Gatare, ancien Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019agence rwandaise pour la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement (RDB), a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Conseiller sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique. <\/p>\n

Quant \u00e0 Eng. Richard Nyirishema, ex-Ministre des Sports, il devient Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Agence des Ressources en Eau.<\/p>\n

Le communiqu\u00e9 du premier ministre, annonce d\u2019autres nominations dans le domaine de la diplomatie. <\/p>\n

Festus Bizimana, nomm\u00e9 Ambassadeur du Rwanda au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Parfait Busabizwa, ancien Secr\u00e9taire Permanent au Minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse et du D\u00e9veloppement Artistique, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Ambassadeur du Rwanda en R\u00e9publique du Congo, Olivier Kayumba, nomm\u00e9 Ambassadeur du Rwanda en R\u00e9publique Centrafricaine, Maj. Gen. Joseph Nzabamwita, ancien Conseiller S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident, devient Ambassadeur en Russie, Lambert Dushimimana, ex-Gouverneur de la Province de l\u2019Ouest, devient Ambassadeur aux Pays-Bas, Amb. Vincent Karega, nomm\u00e9 Ambassadeur Sp\u00e9cial pour la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs.<\/p>\n

D\u2019autres nominations dans ce communiqu\u00e9 incluent Jean Claude Musabyimana, ancien Ministre de l\u2019Administration Territoriale qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif de la Commission Nationale \u00c9lectorale.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois R\u00e9gis Uwayezu a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 Secr\u00e9taire Permanent au Minist\u00e8re des Sports. Ancien Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du club Simba SC, il a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 les postes de Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la FERWAFA et de Vice-Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019APR FC.<\/p>\n

Enfin, Brave Ngabo, ex-Secr\u00e9taire Ex\u00e9cutif du Conseil National de la Jeunesse, devient Secr\u00e9taire Permanent au Minist\u00e8re de la Jeunesse et du D\u00e9veloppement Artistique, tandis qu\u2019Ariane Zingiro a \u00e9t\u00e9 promue Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale du D\u00e9partement de la Planification et de la Recherche au sein du Minist\u00e8re des Finances et de la Planification \u00c9conomique (MINECOFIN).<\/p>\n
