Jonathan Jacob Meijer, de nationalit\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise, a \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit en justice par la Fondation n\u00e9erlandaise des donateurs. Celui-ci l’accuse d’avoir menti sur le nombre de ses dons de sperme. Depuis qu’il est devenu donneur en 2007, il a engendr\u00e9 un nombre impressionnant d’enfants.<\/p>\n

En cas de violation de cette interdiction, Jonathan Meijer pourrait \u00eatre condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 payer une amende de 100 000 euros \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9cidive.<\/p>\n

Le tribunal a jug\u00e9 qu’il \u00e9tait “suffisamment plausible” que cette situation ait ou puisse avoir des cons\u00e9quences psychosociales n\u00e9gatives sur les enfants n\u00e9s de ses dons. La juridiction a mentionn\u00e9 dans son jugement des probl\u00e8mes psychologiques potentiels li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’identit\u00e9 et des craintes d’inceste pour acculer le donneur. <\/p>\n

Meijer, qui a fait des dons dans au moins 12 cliniques, a \u00e9t\u00e9 surnomm\u00e9 le “Starbuck n\u00e9erlandais” par la presse. <\/p>\n

En plus de l’interdiction des dons, il est \u00e9galement interdit au donnateur de sperme r\u00e9current de communiquer, notamment en ligne, avec de futurs parents pour leur proposer de leur donner son sperme.<\/p>\n

Ce cas s’inscrit dans une s\u00e9rie de scandales li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 qui ont \u00e9clat\u00e9 aux Pays-Bas. <\/p>\n

En 2020, un gyn\u00e9cologue a \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9, post-mortem, d’avoir engendr\u00e9 au moins 17 enfants avec des femmes qui pensaient recevoir le sperme de donneurs anonymes.<\/p>\n

Selon des m\u00e9dias britanniques, quand bien-m\u00eame le quadrag\u00e9naire serait sur une liste noire de donateurs, Jonathan Jacob Meijer aurait poursuivi ses dons \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, notamment au Danemark et en Ukraine. <\/p>\n

Meijer habiterait actuellement au Kenya, d\u2019o\u00f9 il emploierait l\u2019alias Ruud sur le web.<\/p>\n
