{"id":242,"date":"2011-06-18T09:40:15","date_gmt":"2011-06-18T09:40:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/rwanda-quatrieme-recensement-national-de-la-242\/"},"modified":"2011-06-18T09:39:04","modified_gmt":"2011-06-18T09:39:04","slug":"rwanda-quatrieme-recensement-national-de-la","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/french\/rwanda-quatrieme-recensement-national-de-la\/","title":{"rendered":"Rwanda : quatri\u00e8me recensement national de la population"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Le gouvernement <span data-scaytid=\"1\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwandais\">Rwandais<\/span> va lancer un quatri\u00e8me recensement de la population pour am\u00e9liorer la prise des d\u00e9cisions sur des donn\u00e9es probantes dans les secteurs sanitaire et social, a indiqu\u00e9 une source officielle jeudi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de presse publi\u00e9 jeudi, l\u2019Institut national des statistiques pour la recherche scientifique du pays (<span data-scaytid=\"20\" data-scayt_word=\"INRS\">INRS<\/span>) a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019objectif de l\u2019exercice, qui est actuellement en phase pilote \u00e0 travers le pays, vise \u00e0 obtenir un chiffre exact de la population <span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaise\">rwandaise<\/span>, qui est actuellement estim\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 10 millions d\u2019habitants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"Ngendo\">Ngendo<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"Diane\">Diane<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"10\" data-scayt_word=\"Karusisi\">Karusisi<\/span>, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale par int\u00e9rim de <span data-scaytid=\"12\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019INRS\">l\u2019INRS<\/span>, a affirm\u00e9 que cet exercice est particuli\u00e8rement vital pour effectuer une meilleure planification des politiques dans les secteurs <span data-scaytid=\"13\" data-scayt_word=\"socio\">socio<\/span>&#8211; \u00e9conomiques du pays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers recensements nationaux avaient eu lieu en 1978, ensuite en 1992, puis r\u00e9cemment en 2002.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, le d\u00e9nombrement de la population <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaise\">rwandaise<\/span> doit \u00eatre achev\u00e9 d\u2019ici d\u00e9cembre 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Le <span data-scaytid=\"15\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> est situ\u00e9 directement au sud de l\u2019\u00e9quateur avec une densit\u00e9 de 394 habitants au kilom\u00e8tre carr\u00e9.
