Il est curieux de voir que ses d\u00e9placements dans l&#8217;Afrique Centrale et de l&#8217;Ouest sont particuli\u00e8rement suivis par des officiels fran\u00e7ais qui, eux aussi,  tiennent \u00e0 leur chasse gard\u00e9e qu&#8217;est tout ce ruban centre et ouest africain. <\/p>\n<p>Kagame dans les pas du regrett\u00e9 Capitaine Sankara, P\u00e9sident du Faso, mais parfaitement autrement. Les deux ont une commune intr\u00e9pidit\u00e9 d&#8217;oser \u00e0 des \u00e9poques diff\u00e9rentes et dans des contextes divers.<br \/>\nLes deux poursuivent un id\u00e9al d&#8217;ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique de l&#8217;Afrique. <\/p>\n<p>Kagame est plus pragmatique et livre un discours capitaliste d\u00e9sentimentalis\u00e9. Pour lui, il faut soigner tous les secteurs \u00e9conomiques qui tout en se d\u00e9veloppant doivent se conformer strictement \u00e0 la loi universelle capitaliste de l&#8217;offre et de la demande.<\/p>\n<p>Sankara comme Kagame, l&#8217;un au pass\u00e9 l&#8217;autre au pr\u00e9sent, ont en commun la lutte contre un imp\u00e9rialisme occidental qui ne joue pas un franc jeu dans le commerce international.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&#8217;actuel Pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame, le discours appelant un commerce interafricain a un sens car il est assez pragmatique avec sa compgnie nationale Rwandair \u00e0 qui il donne une mission de sillonner l&#8217;afrique enti\u00e8re en transportant des produits commerciaux d&#8217;un point A \u00e0 B, C&#8230;Z.<\/p>\n<p>Ce discours pratique, il l&#8217;a tenu au Pr\u00e9sident mozambicain ce lundi et mardi 24 et 25 octobre. Il l&#8217;a tenu \u00e0 Sassou le Congolais le jeudi 27, mais aussi au Gabonais Ali Bongo en ce samedi 29 Octobre 2016 avec qui \u00e9conomie, TICs, Agriculture et Environnement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des n\u00e9gociations de coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 l&#8217;agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Tout compte fait, le discours ind\u00e9pendantiste de Paul Kagame est parfaitement pragmatique.
