Devant les membres de ce <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"think\">think<\/span> tank et autres invit\u00e9s, le pr\u00e9sident <span data-scaytid=\"20\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span> s\u2019est demand\u00e9 pourquoi il n\u2019a pas obtenu un meilleur score en sa faveur \u2013Il a remport\u00e9 les pr\u00e9sidentielles de 2010 avec plus de 93 \u00e9lection.<\/p>\n<p><span data-scaytid=\"22\" data-scayt_word=\"Peggy\">Peggy<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"23\" data-scayt_word=\"Hicks\">Hicks<\/span>, une directrice au sein de <span data-scaytid=\"24\" data-scayt_word=\"Human\">Human<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"25\" data-scayt_word=\"Rights\">Rights<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"26\" data-scayt_word=\"Watch\">Watch<\/span> (<span data-scaytid=\"27\" data-scayt_word=\"HRW\">HRW<\/span>) pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019auditoire, est intervenue en pr\u00e9tendant que lors des \u00e9lections de 2010 il n\u2019y avait eu aucune opposition et que les journalistes ind\u00e9pendants avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duits au silence. Des propos que le pr\u00e9sident <span data-scaytid=\"21\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span> a ni\u00e9s en rappelant que quatre partis [politiques] diff\u00e9rents avaient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 quatre candidats.<\/p>\n<p><span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019au <span data-scaytid=\"16\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> tout le monde peut participer \u00e0 la politique tant qu\u2019ils ne pr\u00e9conisent pas un retour au g\u00e9nocide qui a d\u00e9chir\u00e9 le pays en 1994.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Il <span data-scaytid=\"29\" data-scayt_word=\"ya\">ya<\/span> des choses qui sont inacceptables ici ou au <span data-scaytid=\"17\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span>, ou ailleurs si elles se font au d\u00e9triment de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il r\u00e9agi apr\u00e8s avoir dit \u00e0 la responsable du <span data-scaytid=\"28\" data-scayt_word=\"HRW\">HRW<\/span> qu\u2019il (<span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span>) n\u2019\u00e9tait pas venu entendre des le\u00e7ons.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame, actuellement aux Etats-Unis d\u2019Am\u00e9rique, s\u2019est adress\u00e9 ce mardi \u00e0 un important think tank (Council on Foreign Relations) bas\u00e9 \u00e0 New York o\u00f9 il a expliqu\u00e9 que le Rwanda jouit d\u2019un syst\u00e8me politique multipartite permettant \u00e0 tout et chacun de s\u2019exprimer.
