Il n\u2019est pas au courant de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sur le terrain, a dit l\u2019officiel.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous allons poursuivre nos efforts pour transformer notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9, y compris le syst\u00e8me juridique, pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de tous les <span data-scaytid=\"19\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwandais\">Rwandais<\/span>&nbsp;\u00bb, annonce <span data-scaytid=\"12\" data-scayt_word=\"Tharcisse\">Tharcisse<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"14\" data-scayt_word=\"Karugarama\">Karugarama<\/span>, ministre de la justice.<\/p>\n<p>Le <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> a r\u00e9fut\u00e9 les all\u00e9gations faites par l\u2019un des groupes de droit de l\u2019homme <span data-scaytid=\"20\" data-scayt_word=\"anglais\">anglais<\/span>, \u00ab&nbsp;<span data-scaytid=\"17\" data-scayt_word=\"Amnesty\">Amnesty<\/span> International&nbsp;\u00bb sur une \u00ab&nbsp;restriction&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression et d\u2019association au <span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> comme \u00e9tant &#8220;non fond\u00e9es et fausses&nbsp;\u00bb.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Dans ce rapport, <span data-scaytid=\"18\" data-scayt_word=\"Amnesty\">Amnesty<\/span> International a fait valoir que la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression au <span data-scaytid=\"7\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> \u00e9tait l\u2019objet d\u2019attaques, tout en appelant les autorit\u00e9s <span data-scaytid=\"21\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaises\">rwandaises<\/span> \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;revoir l\u2019id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide et le &#8220;sectarisme&#8221; des lois qui sont utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9primer la dissidence politique et \u00e9touffer la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression dans le pays&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9, le gouvernement a qualifi\u00e9 les all\u00e9gations <span data-scaytid=\"2\" data-scayt_word=\"d\u2019Amnesty\">d\u2019Amnesty<\/span> International comme \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9tonnantes&nbsp;\u00bb, affirmant que la primaut\u00e9 du droit, des \u00e9lections libres et \u00e9quitables et de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression sont la marque de la politique du <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous nous f\u00e9licitons des <span data-scaytid=\"22\" data-scayt_word=\"partenariats\">partenariats<\/span> constructifs avec les diff\u00e9rents groupes au <span data-scaytid=\"24\" data-scayt_word=\"fur\">fur<\/span> et \u00e0 mesure que nous nous effor\u00e7ons de servir au mieux les gens qui nous ont \u00e9lus, mais ces <span data-scaytid=\"23\" data-scayt_word=\"partenariats\">partenariats<\/span> doivent reposer sur des faits et le respect mutuel&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019agence <span data-scaytid=\"25\" data-scayt_word=\"Xinhua\">Xinhua<\/span>, M.&nbsp;<span data-scaytid=\"15\" data-scayt_word=\"Karugarama\">Karugarama<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme de nombreux pays \u00e0 travers le monde, \u00ab&nbsp;Le <span data-scaytid=\"9\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> a adopt\u00e9 des lois sur l\u2019id\u00e9ologie du g\u00e9nocide afin de s\u2019assurer que nous ne revenons jamais \u00e0 la haine et au <span data-scaytid=\"26\" data-scayt_word=\"divisionnisme\">divisionnisme<\/span> du pass\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Commentant le r\u00e9cent rapport d\u2019Amnesty International sur la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression au Rwanda, le ministre rwandais de la Justice, Tharcisse Karugarama accuse le groupe Amnesty International d\u2019ignorer les progr\u00e8s accomplis par le Rwanda.
