Un des dix fugitifs encore recherch\u00e9s par la justice internationale pour leur implication pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e dans le g\u00e9nocide des Tutsi<\/span> en 1994 au Rwanda<\/span>, Bernard Munyagishari<\/span>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo<\/span> (RDC<\/span>) par l\u2019arm\u00e9e de ce pays, a annonc\u00e9 mercredi le Tribunal p\u00e9nal international pour le Rwanda<\/span> (TPIR<\/span>).<\/em><\/p>\n Ancien pr\u00e9sident des sinistres miliciens Interahamwe<\/span> dans la ville deGisenyi<\/span> (Nord-ouest du Rwanda<\/span>), Bernard Munyagishari<\/span> \u00e9tait recherch\u00e9 depuis 2005 pour g\u00e9nocide et crimes contre l\u2019Humanit\u00e9, a rappel\u00e9 le procureur duTPIR<\/span>, Hassan<\/span> Bubacar<\/span> Jallow<\/span>, dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n \u00ab L\u2019accus\u00e9 est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir recrut\u00e9, entra\u00een\u00e9 et dirig\u00e9 les miliciens Interahamwe<\/span> dans des tueries et des viols en s\u00e9rie de femmes Tutsi<\/span> \u00e0 Gisenyi<\/span> et au del\u00e0, entre avril et juillet 1994 \u00bb, rappelle le procureur.<\/p>\n Le fugitif a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 une date non pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e \u00e0 Kachanga<\/span>, dans la province du Nord-Kivu<\/span>, dans une op\u00e9ration des forces arm\u00e9es de RDC<\/span> en coop\u00e9ration avec les services du procureur du TPIR<\/span>.
