Col <span data-scaytid=\"31\" data-scayt_word=\"Rugigana\">Rugigana<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"35\" data-scayt_word=\"Ngabo\">Ngabo<\/span> de 30 jours car lui-m\u00eame et ses avocats n\u2019ont pas convaincu la haute cour militaire que si le d\u00e9tenu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiait d\u2019une lib\u00e9ration sous caution, il ne fuirait pas le pays. Ce qui, du coup, rendrait difficile la poursuite des investigations.<\/p>\n<p>Le lieutenant-colonel <span data-scaytid=\"32\" data-scayt_word=\"Rugigana\">Rugigana<\/span>, qui est un fr\u00e8re de l\u2019ancien g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, <span data-scaytid=\"38\" data-scayt_word=\"Faustin\">Faustin<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"40\" data-scayt_word=\"Nyamwasa\">Nyamwasa<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"42\" data-scayt_word=\"Kanyumba\">Kanyumba<\/span>, un haut grad\u00e9 et dissident de l\u2019arm\u00e9e <span data-scaytid=\"43\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaise\">rwandaise<\/span>, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 20 ao\u00fbt 2010, suite \u00e0 des accusations d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;acte de terrorisme&nbsp;\u00bb, en particulier pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les instigateurs des attentats \u00e0 la grenade dans plusieurs endroits tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s \u00e0 <span data-scaytid=\"45\" data-scayt_word=\"Kigali\">Kigali<\/span> l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p>Le <span data-scaytid=\"22\" data-scayt_word=\"General\">General<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"23\" data-scayt_word=\"Faustin\">Faustin<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"24\" data-scayt_word=\"Kayumba\">Kayumba<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"25\" data-scayt_word=\"Nyamwasa\">Nyamwasa<\/span>, en exil en Afrique du Sud, est aussi recherch\u00e9 par la justice <span data-scaytid=\"26\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaise\">rwandaise<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Photo :&nbsp;<span data-scaytid=\"29\" data-scayt_word=\"Lt\">Lt<\/span>.
