Le juriste estime aussi que l\u2019implication de toutes les parties sera n\u00e9cessaire pour la mise en place d\u2019une nouvelle Constitution, \u00ab qui signifierait la suspension de toutes les institutions du pays, y compris la pr\u00e9sidence \u00bb.<\/p>\n
