{"id":9609,"date":"2013-08-08T11:19:54","date_gmt":"2013-08-08T11:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/kiramuruzi-sector-council-convenes-over-beaten\/"},"modified":"2013-08-16T10:40:38","modified_gmt":"2013-08-16T10:40:38","slug":"kiramuruzi-sector-council-convenes-over-beaten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/kiramuruzi-sector-council-convenes-over-beaten\/","title":{"rendered":"Kiramuruzi Sector Council Convenes over &#8216;Beaten Cell Official&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{Kiramuruzi Sector Council has today (August 8)convened to discuss among other issues on the agenda, the recent wrangles between the executive secretary at the sector and Executive secretary of Gakenke cell.}} <\/p>\n<p>A reliable source has told IGIHE that the meeting was chaired by Rugengamanzi Emmanuel (Vice chairperson of the Sector Council), the secretary of the meeting was Niyonziza Felicien (Chairperson of Kiramuruzi Sector Council) Munyaburanga Joseph and Kayumba Charles were also present including other Executive Secretaries of Cells in the Sector.<\/p>\n<p>After the meeting, Niyonziza (chairperson of the meeting) confirmed to IGIHE that the meeting also discussed about the Munyaburanga-Kayumba wrangles but said the whole story was a hoax. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMunyaburanga did not strangle Kayumba as the media reported recently.But the meeting discussed about the issue among others,\u201dMuzungu said without giving more details. <\/p>\n<p>However, Niyonziza declined to reveal the details of their discussions on the matter; \u201cI cannot reveal the contents in the minutes of the meeting now because I dont know if you are a real journalist of IGIHE.
