Wandera Kazibwe is Senior Adviser to President Museveni on Population and Health.<\/p>\n
She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Microfinance Support Center Ltd.<\/p>\n
Kazibwe served as the Vice President of Uganda from 1993 to 2004.<\/p>\n
She is also the first woman in Africa to be appointed a Vice President.<\/p>\n
