Most drivers had no driving licences.<\/p>\n<p>Other drivers were caught breaking other traffic rules. CP Gatamba said Police will continie cracking down on all offenders including those who drive after taking drugs.<\/p>\n<p>For example, two drivers Noel Mushimiyimana and Xavier Nkurikiyimana kurunywa, were arrested after Police found them with marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>Such drivers cause accidents.
