However, such individual licences will soon be disolved. <\/p>\n<p>The Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (Rura) Director-general, Francois Gatarayiha notes, \u201cUnless you are registered as a company, co-operative or an association, we won\u2019t give you an operating licence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He explained that \u201c for a more efficient, competitive and transparent public transport, all companies go through a tendering process before they are allowed to operate on given routes.
