On June 28, four suspects were arrested while uprooting the electric cables. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe have lost a lot of money, this is unacceptable. Power is constantly cut off due to theft of cables and we need everybody\u2019s collaboration. The theft has affected our relationship with clients,\u201d said EWSA official Prosper Mubera Birori.<\/p>\n
