The number of projects more than doubled to 30, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The total doesn\u2019t include a $65 million pharmaceutical- manufacturing facility planned by <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"CSM\">CSM<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"GlobalPharma\">GlobalPharma<\/span>, a partnership between&nbsp;<a href='http:\/\/topics.bloomberg.com\/india\/' density=\"sparse\">India<\/a>\u2019s <span data-scaytid=\"7\" data-scayt_word=\"Cadila\">Cadila<\/span> Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and the <span data-scaytid=\"1\" data-scayt_word=\"U.S.-based\">U.S.-based<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"Holtzman\">Holtzman<\/span> Group, <span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"Gara\">Gara<\/span> said.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The total value of investments in Rwanda declined 30 percent in the first quarter, the Rwanda Development Board said.
