He had delivered one million Francs as pledge made to them by the Inspector General of Police Emaneul K. Gasana.<\/p>\n<p>The IGP visited the District last month as part of his countrywide visits to strengthen ties with local communities in forging efforts of fighting crimes around the country.<\/p>\n<p>The President of the Association, Manass\u00e9 Mugirwanake, promised to use the funds productively.<\/p>\n<p>The Vice Mayor in Charge of Social Affairs in Rusizi District, Nirere Fran\u00e7oise, thanked the Police for supporting her districts through such initiatives.
