Clinton.<\/p>\n<p>During the three-day visit to Israel, President Kagame will visit the Kibbutz Shfayim where he will meet thirty Rwandan students currently in an agriculture training program that is part of a partnership between the Rwandan and Israeli agriculture ministries.<\/p>\n<p>The program which focuses on horticulture and irrigation is set grow to over 100 students as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation in one of Rwanda&#8217;s priority sectors.<\/p>\n<p>President Kagame is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with both President Peres as well as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.<\/p>\n<p>President Kagame participated in the first Presidential Conference in 2008. <\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s conference will discuss the future in relation to key issues including geopolitics, economics, society, environment, culture, identity, education and new media.<\/p>\n<p>{agencies}<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{{President Paul Kagame accompanied by Mrs Jeannette Kagame Monday arrived in Jerusalem, Israel to attend the fifth Israel Presidential Conference. }} Themed \u201cThe Human Factor in Shaping Tomorrow\u201d, this year&#8217;s Presidential Conference will also mark the 90th birthday of Israel\u2019s President, Shimon Peres.
