Byimana secondary school has been burnt by fire.}}<\/p>\n<p>Residents and students including Security officials are battling the fire using water buckets, sand and chunks of soil and tree branches. <\/p>\n<p>A student (on condition of anonymity) told IGIHE that several students were attending to volley ball and basket ball games at a court near the domitory, &#8220;we saw plumes of smoke and instant fire razing through the domitory&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The domitor accomodates about 170 students. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"spip-document spip-document-2838 aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/en-images.igihe.com\/jpg\/byimana.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>{{For the third time in less than a month, another domitory at E.Sc.
