{"id":7656,"date":"2013-05-06T09:10:16","date_gmt":"2013-05-06T09:10:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/rwanda-troops-for-east-africa-standby-force\/"},"modified":"2013-05-14T03:43:34","modified_gmt":"2013-05-14T03:43:34","slug":"rwanda-troops-for-east-africa-standby-force","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/rwanda-troops-for-east-africa-standby-force\/","title":{"rendered":"Rwanda Troops for East Africa Standby Force Regional Field Training in Uganda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{A Contingent of 206 Military and Police personnel from Rwanda will take part in a Field Training Exercise (FTX) codenamed \u201c Mashariki Salaam 2013\u201d that will be held in Jinja, Uganda from 19-26 May this year.}}<\/p>\n<p>The Rwanda Defence Force Chief of Staff, Lt Gen Charles Kayonga briefed the Rwandan contingent departing for Jinja on 6 May.<\/p>\n<p>Lt Gen Charles Kayonga urged the troops to be good representatives of Rwanda. &#8220;Bear in mind that you are going to represent Rwanda.
