Eleven power poles fell, 13 classrooms and six churches destroyed, 123 toilets have also been destroyed and many damaged, including bridges.<\/p>\n
According to Minister of Natural Resources, Stanislas Kamanzi, Heavy rains are related to climate change.<\/p>\n
