Ruto made the remarks at Moi Air Base in Eastleigh after flagging off 5 tonnes of foodstuff to be airlifted to residents in Isiolo who have been cut off by floods.<\/p>\n
Heavy rains have been pounding various parts of the country causing flash floods and landslides.<\/p>\n
