where staff of institutions, Misses and Rwandan artists paid tribute to the victims of the genocide against the Tutsi.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony began at the Gisozi Memorial Centre where the delegation laid a wreath on the graves of the hundreds of thousands of Genocide victims buried at the Memorial. <\/p>\n<p>After paying respect to the victims, the delegation went to Petit Stade at Remera in a commemoration night vigil named \u201cIjoro ryo Kwibuka\u201d of to remember fellow youth who were killed in the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.<\/p>\n<p>In his remarks, the Minister of Youth and ICT, Jean Philbert Nsengimana noted that Rwandan Youth can learn from the history and take a responsibility to build the country.  <\/p>\n<p>He added that the youth can support older people who survived the genocide.<\/p>\n<p>Miss Rwanda 2012, Mutesi Aurore said that youth can work hard to build better country;
