{{Rwanda Biomedical Centre has announced strategies to deal with trauma cases during the commemoration of the 19th Anniversary of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.}}<\/p>\n
RBC said that a big number of women (62%) and youth (63%), are most vulnerable to Trauma cases during Commemoration activities.<\/p>\n
RBC said it has trained about 100 volunteers of Croix Rouge-Rwanda who will help those that will suffer from trauma.<\/p>\n
Dr Yvonne Kayiteshonga, the head of mental health division at Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) also revealed that about 150 students will be there to provide counseling services adding that a number of people at the cell level have been trained.<\/p>\n
RBC revealed 117 as a hotline where residents may call to request an emergency help.<\/p>\n
