The representative of Caritas-Rwanda, Archbishop of Kigali Thadd\u00e9e Ntihinyurwa said that contributing to Agaciro Fund is to support the Government initiatives adding that Catholic Church and Caritas think Agaciro Initiative gives value to humanity.<\/p>\n
He said Caritas means Love noting that you can\u2019t love someone without giving him the value he deserves.<\/p>\n
