{"id":6891,"date":"2013-04-02T02:15:48","date_gmt":"2013-04-02T02:15:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/resolutions-of-9th-leadership-retreat-implemented\/"},"modified":"2013-04-02T02:16:53","modified_gmt":"2013-04-02T02:16:53","slug":"resolutions-of-9th-leadership-retreat-implemented","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.igihe.com\/english\/resolutions-of-9th-leadership-retreat-implemented\/","title":{"rendered":"Resolutions of 9th Leadership Retreat Implemented at 81.5%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>{{Resolutions that were taken during the 9th National Leadership Retreat were implemented at an average of 81.5% while 14.7% of them were half implemented and 4.2% not implemented.}}<\/p>\n<p>Senior government officials said this, yesterday, at a news briefing to inform the public about the resolutions of the just-concluded 10th National Leadership Retreat that ended at the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Tugireyezu V\u00e9nantie, Minister in the Office of the President said that resolutions that were not fully implemented are expected to be completed by June, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Rwanda\u2019s Minister of Finance and Economic planning, Amb.
